Private 351072 Herbert Ashton.Herbert joined the 9th Battalion in October 1914. He later transferred to the 2nd Battalion and joined B Company.He was killed in action on the 12th September 1918, aged 24.He is buried inTrefcon British Cemetery, Caulaincourt.
